Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of Account Executive Sales to achieve their sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service
- Provide training and development opportunities to help the team develop their sales skills and knowledge of EasyDoc's products and services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement sales strategies and campaigns
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers, and assist the team in closing deals and negotiating contracts
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on team performance, trends, and opportunities
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven sales experience in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in a similar industry
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel occasionally to attend conferences and client meetings
