Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving our revenue growth by generating new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound prospecting activities. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, initiating conversations with them, and scheduling product demos for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both inbound and outbound prospecting activities, including responding to inbound leads, cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to identify and qualify potential customers in our target market.
  • Use a variety of sales tools and techniques to generate new business opportunities and schedule product demos for our Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Account Executive teams to align outreach efforts and generate pipeline for the sales team.
  • Research and understand our target market, including industry trends and competitive landscape, to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers.
  • Use our CRM system to accurately track and manage all prospecting activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Continuously develop and improve your sales skills and knowledge of our product, industry, and market.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for new business opportunities and product demos.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with potential customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to quickly identify customer needs and pain points.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound prospecting activities, including responding to inbound leads, cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
