Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our product marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will have a primary focus on driving adoption of our platform by developing targeted use cases, creating go-to-market plans, and owning the results of these activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our e-signature solution, with a primary focus on developing targeted solutions on top of our platform.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, market trends, and competitive insights related to use case development.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of EasyDoc's solutions and use case development capabilities to our target audience.
- Create and manage the launch of new use cases and features, including developing launch plans, collateral, and training materials for sales, customer support, and customer success teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies related to targeted use case development.
- Create and manage marketing content, including web copy, case studies, whitepapers, and product demos for use cases built on top of our platform.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns for use cases built on top of our platform, including email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs related to targeted use case development and make data-driven decisions.
- Own the results of marketing activities related to targeted use case development and communicate progress and insights to the leadership team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the e-signature and document management space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including customer segmentation, product positioning, messaging, and campaign development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
