Location: Remote or On-site
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with EasyDoc
- Provide excellent customer support by promptly addressing customer inquiries and issues
- Onboard new customers, ensure successful implementation and adoption of EasyDoc's platform
- Identify opportunities for customer growth and expansion, and work with the sales team to drive revenue
- Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and sales to ensure customer satisfaction
- Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback to the product team for product improvement
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with SaaS B2B customer success or account management is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Passion for customer success and satisfaction
