Customer Success Manager

Location: Remote or On-site

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with EasyDoc
  • Provide excellent customer support by promptly addressing customer inquiries and issues
  • Onboard new customers, ensure successful implementation and adoption of EasyDoc's platform
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth and expansion, and work with the sales team to drive revenue
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and sales to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback to the product team for product improvement
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with SaaS B2B customer success or account management is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • Passion for customer success and satisfaction
