Customer Acquisition Specialist for EasyDoc

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to acquire new customers
  • Create and implement effective customer acquisition campaigns across various digital channels, such as email, social media, and PPC advertising
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted lead lists, segment audiences, and create compelling content
  • Conduct outreach to prospects, schedule product demos and presentations, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Proven experience in customer acquisition and lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and prospects
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media advertising platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer acquisition goals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the industry and the marketplace
